Had a great run from Bollington to Marple and back, great surface all the way a little damp and light mud due to the conditions.

Pleasant little cycle, nice panoramas of the city, and even an old train station along the way.

A beautiful path through the countryside, passing some very nice places for a picnic. It is popular for cyclists due to the good path surface, but is just as nice for a walk. Ditches filled with tadpoles can be a great place for watching the magic of nature, and small rivers and streams along the way are home to a variety of birds. Bridges along the way offer both journey markers, and shelter from the occasional passing shower. A lovely way to spend a day.
